Do you really think that the Cox's didn't know the place was a meth house? Sounds fishy to me.

Mrs. Hennick - If you look at the top of this page you will see about the center of the page where it says:

FULL STORY: KOMU-TV Columbia

If you click on that you can read the full story that was aired on tv and ran in the papers.

There's some pretty "good" statements in the story. Such as "The Cox's didn't know the house had been used to make meth".(Not an exact quote but you'll see what I mean).

The Real Estate Commission decided that the broker did nothing wrong. Seems fishy to me......

I am really sorry about what happened to you guys with this home purchase. Is there anyway you can appeal the commissions decision with the police report as evidence? The junk was there, the house tested positive and the current resident was busted, how could Cox's and the Realtors NOT know what had been going on? Give me a break, we are small town NOT stupid! Wish you best of luck.

Thank you for your support. I think our attorney is going to look into that. I am 99% sure that the listing agents knew.
