Listen scum bag....you sound like a pedophile yourself! He allowed them to fall in love with him, promised them marriage, etc.
Quit taking up for him, you're making yourself look stupid.
..

There you go again judging! You are only going on speculations, are you a parent of one of the students. How can you know what was promised, were you there promising something too? I will take up for those that I feel are being stoned and abuses by those who may or may not know the full picture. NO I WILL NEVER MAKE MYSELF LOOK STUPID FOR ANYONE! I feel what I feel and sorry that you are so narrow minded and blinded by your own rigteous opinions to see the picture for what it is. Looks to me like your the stupid one.

And yet, NO apologies to the victims and their families for violating HIS position of authority (trust). Didn't David Chester willingly step down as Principal? It was reported that School Board member Dreama Davidson DID NOT support you; however, Chairman Mike Stuart, Barry E. Breen, Todd Ford, Susan Greer and Rickey E. Thompson, along with Director Lynn Seifert supported your GUILT.

Below is the "Letter To The Editor" in the I-24 Exchange(newspaper), 11/10/08

To Whom It May Concern:
Hello people of Pleasant View and
Sycamore High School. This letter is a
long overdue one, but I guess better late
than never. I was only able to spend one
year with you there, but it was one of the
greatest of my life! And I promise you it
was not my choice to leave. Sometimes
God has a different road for us to take than
the one we see for ourselves. I saw myself
loving there and working there for a very
long time. God saw it different! Over the
last three years, I have gone through the
hardest times of my life. Although they
have been hard, they also have been the
most rewarding. My relationship with
God is at a place I never knew I could be.
I just wanted to write this letter to
thank some people who mean a lot to
me. As always I thank God for allowing
me the one year I did get to spend with
you. Next I would like to thank Mr. Tim
Ray and Dr. David Chester, first of all for
hiring, and secondly for sticking behind
me during all the turmoil. The same can
be said for the Cheatham County Board
of Education. Next I would like to thank
all of the faculty, staff, and student body
at Sycamore High School. Your love and
support was unreal. Next, the community
of Pleasant View. You made my stay there
very peaceful and enjoyable. I miss it very
much.
Last, but certainly not least, three
groups of people I’d like to thank hold a
very special place in my heart. First, the
parents of the basketball players I coached
at Sycamore. Your love and support was
amazing, and the lengths that you went
in support of me are things I’ll never ever
forget. It would take forever for me to list
the names of everyone, and everything
you did. But you know who you are. Next,
my two assistant coaches, Shelby Tinch
and Michael Rochelle. Thank you for all
your hard work, time, loyalty, knowledge,
and support. You are two fine men!
And finally, the players and managers.
Again, I’m not going to list all of you
because you know who you are. The
memories you gave me are things I will
never ever forget. I think of you and the
things we experienced together quite
often. I am still in contact with some of
you and I love hearing from you. For all of
the ones I’ve lost contact with I hope you
are doing well. I miss all of you. I hope
one day we can all get together and catch
up. I love each one of you.
For those who don’t know, I am now
a happily married man. My wife, Shelley,
and I have a beautiful 11-month-old son
named Landon Jordan Farmer. I hope to be
relocating to Birmingham, AL, very soon,
but I hope I will not lose contact with you.
I know I will never forget you. I may not
be able to coach at a high school again,
but now I have one person I can coach for
life. I guess God really does “Bless the
Broken Road!”
Sincerely,
Coach Bryan Farmer

just observation ... Is the above some sort of lame excuse for having sex with minors? He was in a position of authority and trust. He was their teacher. He "groomed" the victims and took advantage of them.
ANGRY ... you're right we're angry, any other emotion at this time would be a lie. It could have been prevented in Clarksville, IF IF IF the Franklin County School System had recorded his previous affair with a student. Instead they made a conscious decision and "passed the trash" to Clarksville. Then Clarksville KNOWINGLY allowed Farmer to remain for another school year after having an affair with several victims his first year. ANGRY - you don't know the half of it! He is and always will be a "piece of trash". Can't be rehabilitated!
It runs in their family. I'm a survivor of his father. I didn't ask for it and I was only in the 7th grade. The only thing that happened to his dad was that he was no longer allowed to coach girls basketball. Seriously??? I mean I remember lil Bryan and I loved him, but what is wrong is wrong. I do give him kudos for stepping up and actually admitting he committed these acts. I just can't believe he followed in his dad's footsteps to the very "T". DNA is a scary issue. I'm sorry Bryan, I'm happy you got convicted and I can only pray that you are paying off your debt to that girl. Honestly, because nothing happened to your dad, I have carried that with me my entire life and it has NEVER been easy because I felt as if I did something wrong. I know girls were not happy with me because they all liked the attention he gave them. It was kept pretty hush hush and undercovers but then I still had to endure a year in his class my junior year which was unacceptable. No, you should never be a teacher ever again Bryan. I hope and pray you have learned a lesson from all of this and never go there again. If you do, I hope they remove your son from you as it would be horrible if he again followed the steps of his father.

All you people make me sick... I was there I know Bryan his family as well as the girls involved. You are have no clue what happened or the circumstances surrounding the trial the he said she said and everything behind it. So unless you were there and know the facts all of you are clearly speculating and reading into the media. You could go back and forth about right and wrong all day long. But facts remain a mans life got ruined over something someone said and could not prove. Did you people know there was a bet made as to who could sleep with them first? yup. sure was. I am personally friends with both Bryan and the girls. Im not choosing a side though through the trial it was clear whose side I was on. This is all really ridiculous arguing over a man none of you know and a girl none of you know. A girl got tons of money over "supposedly" having sex with an authority figure.. so what are we really teaching her? Nothing.... We ruined a mans life and she got lots of money. So what justice was really served. You people should seriously learn to get a life. Judge yourself and your life before you decide to judge someone else and what you think they had or had not done.
