Yay! Now another charter school can continue to fail our kids. Lets all celebrate!

Please be aware that charter schools, while under the "umbrella" of other organizations, i.e., boards of education, have a degree of immunity from scrutiny of their financial records. The AG's office, had they been given this authority, may have dug further and had some unpleasant surprises....While most charter schools are failing, a few do perform well (very few). The issue is that parents love these schools, and it makes great sense, since their children were labeled as failures or mal-contents in regular education, and now have a sense of belonging, though there is still a dreadful lack of academic performance.

That's right get those lousy charter schools.

It would be a nightmare if public schools were audited the same way. Teacher's refusing to complete parent teacher conferences or following the rules of student's with learning disabilities, why are we stuck actually doing our jobs?

Does everybody know that some religious schools are charter schools funded by taxpayers? I have no problem with them ALL being shut down..

No. ALL of them even muslim. It is unconstitutional anyway.
