Death Linked To Abortion Clinic Is Investigated

Authorities in Maryland are investigating the death of a woman who is believed to have been undergoing an abortion procedure at a clinic in Germantown.

This story was in my local paper as the abortionist was from Nebraska and operated here for a long time.

The reporting here is just as sketchy as in my paper.

How the hell do the "abortion opponents" mentioned know what the woman was doing and where she was doing it?

Appears that some anti-abortion group is considering filing suit for the death of the woman. I think that's up to the woman's family, but one piece of the story I read bears comment:

"Catherine Lederer-Plaskett of Choice Matters, a Westchester abortions-rights advocacy group, said that legal actions such as the one being considered by Operation Rescue fail to take into account the risks of any surgery.

"It's malicious and wrong to say that the doctor was at fault or the woman was at fault because there was a terrible outcome," she said. "You wouldn't do that with a death from any other surgery."

Premature birth if the mother or baby's health or life is at risk. It has been performed safely for decades and you are terminating the pregnancy early without murder. I am pro-choice, but after 4 months the baby is viable and can survive in an incubator.

Late term abortion is not murder when it involves a Neonatal Unit with and incubator. Preemies at 5 months gestation survived healthy. Before 33 weeks. That is a proper way to perform a late term abortion.
