Reputed Dayton crime figure Bill Stepp has died

Just FYI: yes, I'm gathering information on Bill and organized crime in south central Ohio. You can warn others if you would like about how "he may be one of them" and keep posting here so "we have the power" but this is interesting to me. It must be interesting to others as well because there have been several books, TV shows and movies made about organized crime. No, I'm not one of "them" and I understand that my offer to Patriotic Girl may be misconstrued as a feeble attempt to "lure someone in" however I can assure you that if one has to use this website forum to do that then they must not be a well connected gangster as Bill Stepp was reputed to have been.

I must ask then if being interested in or gathering information on Bill Stepp on this site is so "lmao funny" to one like yourself then why are you here reading comments posted by others? To warn others not to talk on a public forum?? If the manner of my postings sounds familiar then you must know who I am and that I'm not a "criminal"........

No I am not so obsessed with Bill Stepp or anyone else so much that I would ruin my life. Seems as though you know more than I do as you said "we all know he was bad". I've never made any such statement about Bill Stepp.

Save your lectures for someone else. I'm here attempting to locate information about Bill Stepp and arguing with you isn't part of that.

Am I a reporter?? Is that your question Trucker? I don't recall having made that claim at all. Wow, thanks for enlightening me on the use of books, newspaper archives and various other sources!! Where would website forums like this be without people like you that tend to think that their intelligence is light years ahead of the rest of us??!!! I can answer your question about being on this forum very easily, I'm here rather than in libraries because libraries don't have people to talk with that may have personally known Mr. Stepp nor can books tell the stories of things that he may or may not have done in first hand accounts.

Maybe highly intelligent people like you can talk with books or newspaper archives but a simple minded person like me likes to talk with those who had knew. I'm not sure if your so highly intelligent or maybe just huffed too many truck fumes and think you are. I don't care either way and you can take your unicycle and maybe use it for your next colon check.

As for those that replied in a friendly manner to my questions previously, I want to say "Thank You" and I will go elsewhere to find information as a few wish to argue here and I will not participate in their childish arguments.

I am not worried about this now..I really could care less about what happens in Dayton.I think it has become a cesspool and it's a shame..It use to be a nice town with alot to do.I was never in the inner circle of the Stepps because when I was single my buds that raced would never have let him or his group mess with me..I was always a lady who was quite different than the ones that were in Stepp's group.I was protected by several things/groups which I can not talk about..None of the left overs from that gang would be interested in me because if I wanted to do them harm I would have done it a long time ago..I will say that somehow this man got away with too many crimes.Don't know how he managed it but he did.
