I remember back in the day when all mentally ill folks could get care and a place to live, but thanks to the ACLU they now have to live on the streets and go hungry.

The very worst that could happen is that our buddy, Harvey Daye Jr. might have to DO SOMETHING for a change.

The shock must be tough, but that's why we put a new Governor in Columbus. For my money he's doing the right thing. He seems to be following the same line of thought that the Governor in Wisconsin has pursued.

As for Harvey, he's the poster boy for why the system is busted. He can work, he just won't.
He has spent his life thus far TAKING from the TAXPAYER and now he will get a chance to BE A TAXPAYER!

I think that abuse of the system by people just like our little buddy has angered the TAX BASE and we have complained enough to finally get "change" started.

It's about time.

The little bitty guy has made fun of those of us in the Concrete Business, now he'll be glad we are there.
I know a lot of nice bridges he can live under.

Sadly few of the homeless have Cable, or High Speed Internet.

Time to start looking for a job and see what REAL LIFE is like for the rest of us.

Same for me, I'll have to pry my ass of Eugene's couch and look for a gig

You've never worked for a living Harvey. It's going to be a real shock to your itty bitty system. They are turning the 1,700 patients in Dayton providing outpatient services loose.

That does mean you. Eastgate's main office is in Dayton on Wayne right?

You better talk to your case worker and get ready for reality.

I lay up on my elderly dad at the age of 59, sucking on his teet. Green Leaf is going to turn me loose. I might sign up for services at Eastway. Does the bus run from Greene to Montgomery county?
I dunno Dennis, maybe if Eugene still drives, he can take you there?

I would be glad to show you around Eastway. Better do it quick, they're going to turn a lot of us loose.
I will be ROTFLMAO when your caseworker tells you the bad news.

I think you'll do ok. You did great at Bill Goodman's Gun and Knife Show. You just have to find what you're good at.

Pack your bags and get ready to be free Harvey.

The article in the paper on Thursday shows what a ding dong the president and CEO of the company is. Alleging that he was stolen from by employees sound very mismanaged if you ask me. Then looking around with his finger up his ass looking for people to blame..Take ownership for your own shyt dude..grow up and grow some balls..You have been playing with peoples lives.

Yes indeed. A real $hitpile of Union Workers masquerading as Teachers as well.

But I do worry about Harvey Daye Jr. The jackwagon has the ability to work and simply chooses not to. Well the taxpayers finally got tired of this foolishness, and the sweeping changes the Mid Term Elections demanded has put poor little Harvey in tough situation.

He will now learn to work, or live under a bride and collect cans.
He's a Democrat that won't vote, and a Bounty Hunter with no transportation.

God Bless the Concrete Worker.

You have to work there to know how truely sad this situation is. he patients were treated poorly, the offices are filthy and the management is too intimidated to stand up to the owner. Let all just hope the pateints can finally get quality care

Let's hope that those that are really Mentally Ill and can't work get help.

It's past time to dump those that have found the EASTWAY BEHAVIORAL OUTPATIENT PROGRAM to be a "free ride" that taxpayers will shoulder, is now over.
Harvey choose this as a way of life and now his world will be changing.

You're on your own brother.

Dennis Gannon is court ordered to Green Leaf, and won't abide by the court order to see the shrink. Heck, take out the court order, he doesn't want help! He wants to keep sucking his dad's tit. His poor dad is 83 years of age and probably doesn't know what is happening. I'm sure his back accounts have been emptied by now, and his son has taken possession of his couch

No I'm not you jackwagon. I have completed my probation, thank you. As far as rent? You better believe I pay rent.

Mine and Yours li'l butty.

Yours is about to stop because OHIO is deep in debt, and you really should be working anyway.

Don't worry about my DAD, he's great.

Worry about yours. Face it Harveballs, you folks won't take you back in when EASTWAY BEHAVIORAL tells you "It's Time To Leave".

Yeah, I heard that the owner has little hissy fits and punches holes in the walls all over the building. I was told the money he alleges was stolen was because he had his own fingers in the till all the time.
