The much publicized custody battle between California woman Stacey Doss and Benjamin Mills Jr., of Dayton, is starting to take a financial toll on Montgomery County.
Who is in charge? Who gets the blame and resposibility? Who appointed them? Can or will they be fired? Who is running for election/reelection and thus deserves rejection? This is insane! Who made this a right?
