Grow a pair! In your mind the po lice are always wrong!
Crime and Rhetoric by Thomas Sowell!
The left is still comfortable talking about "injustices and inequities" -- even without notes -- and certainly without confronting the vast amount of evidence that they are wrong.

Well buddy, I see it way different and so did our Founding Fathers who mandated a Republic because that is the only form of government that protects the individual liberty and rights of all people equally and cannot be altered by a SIMPLE MAJORITY. The sovereignty remains with the people. Totalitarian Martial Law Police State Socialism is what we truly have here in Dayton and in other cities across the lands.
Your organized majority theory is close but Totalitarianism more accurate describes DPD, City Commission/Mayor and the City Law Dept.
Read your constitution, and stop reading pundit opinions and propaganda.

The US constitution never explicitly authorizes the US to be a republic or a democracy.

The ONLY place in the US constitution that mentions "republic" is Article 4, Section 4...

Section 4 - Republican government

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

There you have something real.

Only the states are authorized to behave as a republic.

The central government is not a republic; it is something else.

Amendment 10 explains it best...

Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Amendment 10 says that all undelegated law-making powers are reserved (owned) by the people and states.

Amendment 10 implies that the only powers the central government can exercise are the few that are explicitly delegated to it by the states and the people.

The "people" exercise power through local government.

Only the people have unlimited powers to exercise; not the central government. One of the reserved powers of the people is the power to define civil rights.

The US government is not a republic.

Communist countries are republics!

Communist declare it in their official name........

People's Republic of China

Democratic People's Republic of Korea

Republic of Cuba

People's Democratic Republic of Yemen

Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Quit repeating pundit political BS and read your constitution.

You are made up of a bunch of babble and talk lots of hot air like you really know something. You ramble on about this Nation is a Democracy run by a majority rule (51%) of its members and then attempt to lecture me on communism. You want handouts by babble and talk out of your arse! A true Republican form of Government is the only form of government that protects the individual liberty and rights of all people equally and cannot be altered by a simple majority, point period!

The monarchy, dictatorship, oligarchy and democracy all might protect the rights of the people if that form of government has a nice king or a friendly dictator, but history has shown that this rarely happens.

You move on to babble about the constitution[s](state/federal) as you know something about either. As Thomas Jefferson said, "The best government is the least government"

You lecture how people exercise power through local government. When was the last time you did this, sure you did. Good luck with that power trip you are on! Try and tell DPD you are speeding on your way to power tripping hahaha

blacks complain there is not enough of a police presence in their neighborhoods that is why crime is so high. More police are added to these areas, blacks then complain police are picking on them and giving them tickets. you want them there, but you want them to ignore most of the illegal activities unless they are the ones you want them to do something about?!?!

I will not talk about the blacks in a racial way because it only fuels racism. Although your comment about the young man killing himself has not been proven, has it? If he made the comment about going to heaven if you kill yourself is telling. How he busted out the window and jumped to his death in 5 seconds is beyond me. I just cannot imagine myself pulling this off in 5sec.

DPD are lying thugs that are protected by local government, e.g. law dept. and judges. The courts are as corrupt as the police department, truly. I found this out with evidence uncovered by my due diligence. The court officials think that they are above the fray and can rule unchecked. The FBI covers for the corruption in the courts, law and police depts. So the cops have triple protection, Judges and Federal branches to include but not limited to FBI and DOJ. The protestors are fooling themselves if they think the DOJ or FBI will uncover crimes committed by DPD. It’s the government covering for the government. We have a problem NASA, oh yeah NASA works for the government. So we stand together and fight the corruption as a whole or hang seperately.

I don't think too many people would be willing to stand together and fight the corruption that is only in your mind. Anyone that would believe the Dayton Police Department is "in cahoots" with the FBI and the DOJ is either very naive or very paranoid, or both. Seek professional help, you need it.

You are clueless, and talk about things you are completely ignorant about. I have problems with the cops because they are criminals with a badge and I will not stand idol and allow criminality to go unchecked. I will not reply to anymore of your brain farts, get an enema and wash out all of your delusional thoughts, good luck with that, BTW what in the fuc have you done in life that makes you so smart, nothing? Oh you got a G.E.D. if that high of an education. Truly think about what you have accomplished and have done for others. Two whole seconds passed by and left you wondering what have I done in life? I see you as a dirtyslob who wishes for a life without any effort behind your wishes? Looking for a handout and has never read a book in your entire life, learn to listen to others and then maybe you can gain some knowledge, although, I have my doubts.

You've been reading too much extreme rhetoric. Anyone that believes a mid size police department is in collusion with the FBI, DOJ, prosecutors, and NASA, really doesn't deserve a response. But I can't help myself....you're an example of the stupidity that exists all across our Godforsaken country.
Sounds like you're the little minion, to me.

Thank you for the "skank ass dark man commin to get me" warning. I am well prepared and have no need to sleep with one eye open.

Either you choose right or wrong in life. The only time that I have been convicted of crime was when I pled to turning right on red when there was not a sign displayed if this tells you anything. You have done a poor job of twinsting my words up. It is apparent that you have a reading comprehension problem and like to argue stupid and I mean stupid ideas/ideals, good luck with that.
