I agree with Mr. Miller that no one is above the law - even our PA, which is what the whole protest is about.....right?? Since I wasn't sure what was going on when I drove past and saw the signs and Mr.Miller chained to the post, I googled it and found these blogs. Again, I agree with the reason that he is doing this, but totally don't understand what the Montgomery bashing is about???? If you are doing this to change a law, then why would you and your wife keep leaving negative comments about the school and community? I have raised my kids in this area since they were young and have found it a very safe place for them to grow up. They are grown now and living in small towns with their own families. They are intelligent, as am I, and we all proudly graduated from Montgomery County RII High School and we all went on to college (yes I can spell and graduated from Montgomery). I am not a member of the school board and have never been, nor have I worked for the city or county, so therefore I can't possibly be part of the "problem". I did, however, apparently vote for the wrong PA in the last election, but we all make mistakes. I don't care or even want to know about your husbands' record, because this is not why he is doing this. But negativity toward an entire county or the School district is not helping your case. Neither is getting personal and adding names to this blog. You have a good arguement here about the immunity - stick to that!!!

The PA was removed from office over something completely unrelated. He apparently had a client that he defended on a traffic ticket before becoming the prosecutor, then the same client got another ticket while he was the prosecutor. As I understand it, the prosecutor was supposed to identify the person as being a previous client and withdraw as prosecutor. He either missed it or intentionally ignored it, and was removed as a result.
