The owner of Altman's Farm, where a one-year-old girl died when her own father accidentally ran over her with his SUV, won't be fined after investigators found several violations in the area of the farm.

Of course no one will be charged/fined for code violations.
Look at the mexi-ghetto toilet that east Salinas is. Code violations everywhere and not a city code is enforced. The city ignores code violations because they don't want to bother the illegals that provide the growers/ag. companies with cheap slave labor. All that the city leaders and the farm/ag. community cares about is how much profit they can make off cheap labor. Who cares that Salinas looks like, and smells like, a turd world mexi-ghetto toilet.
