Saving Salinas: Brown's budget plan violates will of people

I may not have voted for Gov. Brown but at least he is able to acknowledge there is NO MORE MONEY.
Redevelopment agency? Show me the money and what the public has received in benefits from this bloated money machine.
If a plan or project cannot stand on its own why should we Joe public have to foot part if not all the bill. It is just another form of cronyism.
I am sure if side walks and city services could have a photo opt, a ribbon cutting , and a luncheon, they would all be taken care of.
