You have no idea how many illegal aliens are doing that in every state in this country. That way they can send almost all their earnings out of the country to family in foreign countries. Only in America can they get away with things like that!!!!

Unfortunately we have idiots in congress like Anna Caballerp. Another Hispanic who feels that hispanics can do what ever they want and get away with it. It's a shame that the Welfare and Immigration laws have not been revisited for quite some time because California is going under due to the large number of illegal hispanics we support with our taxpayer dollars. We can help though and report every illegal as well as every cheater to the appropriate persons. You will have to contact them out of this county to do it because the authorities in this county are so pro illegal and defrauders that you won't get anywhere. Look on line and you will see where you can report these people! Do it and perhaps if enough people do it California will get cleaned up!!!

What is wrong with the legal system in this country? This woman actually defrauded one of the countries largest entities and all she got was 60 days in jail? She should have been made the poster child for welfare fraud! Keep up the good work Mr. District Attorney!
Imagine if we can just recover the $60-Billion a year fraud on Medicare - that Medicare pays, because it's their job to pay the claims in a timely manner? They continue to cut checks out of thin air. How many dead people are receiving Social Security checks?

I want to be the Controller myself! But no one wants to take responsibility.

Why did it take the county 3yrs to figure out she was working full time? She should have to do more time than 60 days. This is truly a said case cause when ligitimate people apply for these benefits they always get turned down something has to change with our system.

Calm down everyone. She's Latina. That means she's not responsible. Gringos forced her to do it.

So Rep. Caballero can dictate who get what sentence and for how long. Does this mean that if another person commits fraud, they will also get a light sentence. I think not. Is is because she is of Hispanic nationality?

Americans, It's time to play the "If you cant beat them, join them.", so listen up. First, don't go to your doctors office to get medical treatment. Go to the local emergency room, say your name is John Smith or Juan Lopez or somthing like that. Then make up a fake address and get your treatment for FREE. Yes thats right, lie your ass off like the 50 million illegal aliens do every time. Then bring your Neighbors children with you when you go to the WIC office, welfare office or wherever to receive aid and pretend they're yours because, after all you don't have any real docomentation right!then you will get three, four, or five times more food, money, stamps etc.. By the way that's not quite a new scam but most people don't know about that one yet. Folks, this is just another slap in the face that came along with the mass mexican invasion. By the way, I know, white, black and asian people do this too. It just doesn't sting as bad when it's an American scaming the system. Just being honest....

Let me ask you a question. Why does the above story get you all digusted but the below one doesn't?

Pfizer to Pay $49 Million in Fraud Case.
The Justice Department said the unreported discounts allowed Parke-Davis/Warner-Lambert to retain more than $20 million in rebates owed to Medicaid.

They have you fools concerned about pennies while they get away with dollars. Food stamps to illegals is not the problem. It's the food stamps to the rich thats the problem.

Do yourself a favor, google medicare/medicaid fraud. That stuff adds up astronomically. The biggest scheme was just settled for 300 million dollars.
