We have been out to this manmade pond where ducks cannot find natural food. We have requested from the hotel that they post a sign that It is illegal to abandon a domesticated pet duck or goose at this water way over 5 years ago. These signs have been posted at other water ways in Santa Cruz and San Diego counties in California and have worked effectively. All pet ducks and gees were rehomed to safe pet homes. If this property belongs to the hotel then they are responsible for over seeing it. What if a person gets hurt there do to poor lighting or a kid drowns. Who is responsible? Thank you. Denise Arasin
