So, Why Can't Rochester Vote On Its School Budget?

Tagged city council , City of Rochester , James Lawrence , Lovely Warren , Mandated Spending , Rochester City School Districts , school board , School Budgets , Suburban School Districts , voting Yesterday, the residents of 17 Monroe County school districts were able to vote for their school budgets.

Cuz MOST city residents dont pay school tax to begin with, you have to be a property owner.

But you do know you will have the "usual" losers on here that will say yes they do....

But No they don't, Welfare paying their rent,heat, lights, food, cell phones etc means the hard working payroll tax worker and land owner property tax tax payer.

Also it should be a law that a person need a high school diploma order to vote.

All Americans should need to pass a US Citizenship Test to vote.
We already know what race is used to high failure rates.

TOO bad that isn't true in all the other counties in NYState. then the losers wouldn't be voting YES and never have to pay for it.
Genesee County is one that lets everyone vote instead of just the home owners. IF just the homeowners voted, there would be some taxpayer control over the school administration dweebs that think money grows on trees in Genesee County..

Urban Rochester is a losing battle anyway.
