Milan woman getting mail dies after getting hit by car
London Township - A 24-year-old Milan woman getting her mail was killed Wednesday as she was struck by a car crossing Milan Oakville Road Kandi Bock was walking toward her driveway when she was hit by a 2008 Honda headed east on the road and driven by a Roland Jarvis, 24 and of Milan, Monroe County sheriff's officials said.
