Attorney for triple-murder suspect says he'll seek certification for death-penalty cases

An attorney for a southwestern Illinois man accused of strangling his wife and their two sons says he will become certified by the state to handle his client's death penalty case.
Does anyone know where the trial will be? Where do you go to sign up to be a juror?
