I think the gentleman in question should get a fine, connected lawyer (Boyle? Gimbel?) at taxpayer expense and get off completely free.
He's a victim, you see, of a sad childhood, poor quality alcohol and he's probably never even been to our Nation's Capitol for a visit.
Poor guy, he deserves a second chance.
Maybe he can do some good in Madison at the Capitol Building.
I'm sure they have some sort of entitlement program just for him! He's be a big hit, I'm sure.
