while the man was no saint.i dont see any need to kill him like they did.i mean where was he going to go? he was moving forward towards a big ditch. the officers were not in danger of being hit.they could have shot out the tires or engine just as easily.

Shouldnt police let the criminals take a shot at them first? or let the criminals try and run them down first to make it more sporting?

The police do what they want because no one is doing it to them. Once people start to feel justified and attack cops out of fear, they will get the message. This was inhumane. The man was rolling into a ditch and the cop placed himself in harms way on purpose. It's always justified to execute.

Gotta love the cop haters! If you don't like how the police react to life threatening situations you try doing a better job. Try making decisions in split seconds that can severely alter the course of someones life. But I know you would rather sit back in your comfortable homes and bash the people that you call when you are in danger.

No, but he WAS going to be in control of a 6,000 pound SUV.
When would you WANT him dead- before or after he hits a car full of kids going to school? I say before- less blood to clean up! Moron.

Hey John Q he commited a crime when he exceeded the speed limit, refused to obey an officers commands, fled from the police, got in the seat of a squad car, attempted to run down a police officer...do you need more reasons why he is a criminal?

THE PEOPLE THAT THINK THESE OFFICERS WERE WRONG IN ELIMINATING THIS DOO DOO WOULD NOT WANT SOME BASTARD RUN THROUGH THEIR HOMES WHILE THEY ARE SLEEPING, AND TERRORIZE THEM AND THEIR CHILDREN. IF THE PEOPLE BASHING THE POLICE WERE THE VICTEMS HERE THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND A LITTLE MORE. THESE OFFICERS ARE TRULY HEROS' AND SHOULD BE DULY DECORATED FOR PROTECTING, AND SERVING. THANK ALL OF YOU OFFICERS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

Hmmm. Well, they could have shot the tires. I doubt that would have stopped him. People drive on rims all the time. Then, the bad guy could have grabbed the SHOTGUN that was in the cruiser and found a grade school. He could have shmeared some little kids brains all over the place. Yee-haw!
Let's just chalk it up to, "Once you steal a police car, all bets are pretty much OFF!"

Watch the movie again, but be a little more OBSERVANT- which is the FIRST thing they teach you in cop school.
The wheels were cranked to the right at first. He wasn't going in the ditch until AFTER he got his melon split open, THEN it ROLLED into the ditch.

Criminal? Criminal?... What was he convicted of?
First, he broke into a house and stole a crossbow, THEN he gave some BS about buying rims at another. CLEARLY the guy had a major malfunction!

Burglary, criminal tresspass (2 counts), Felony evading, fleeing, reckless driving, speeding, failure to stop, fleeing the scene of an accident, felony criminal damage to property, possesion of a crossbow (not legal to own unless you have a permit)...for starters, theft of a law enforcement vehicle, no seat belt...and all in under 5 minutes!

This guy was screwey and deserved what he got.

A vehicle is a Weapon just because he didnt run the officer over first doesn't mean he shouldn't of shot. The guy got what he deserved and that's written down by law that you use a step higher of force than the criminal. Plenty of officer have been killed by being ran over. I would of shot his ass too if he tried running me over.. Oh btw when you steal a cop car theirs guns in there.. There's either a Mossburg 500 Shotgun or a M4 Military issued rifle... So yeah I don't think it would of been smart to let him get away...

To the people that disagree.. What happens if when he stole that police car he ran a red light and struck another car killing 3 infants and a mother in a van? What if..?? It's really close to reality.. Cops make split second decisions not only for themselves but for the safety of others.. And those police SUV's are tanks... Put a huge brush guard on the front and armor it up to make it police issued then yes your going to have an issue when that guy hits someone.. He could of ummm... stopped or not broken the law... Oak Creek is a big community full of kids... Would you rather see another hood rat dead or a infant that had no reason to die due to this guys ruthless actions.. Take Criminal Justice in college or get some education then post comments on here. Because I guarantee that most of the people that are posting on here are black and know or are related to this scum bag that makes our country flourish with corruption... I'm not racist, but don't use your race or the person that died in order to say or justify that ohhh omg he didn't do anything!! MURDER!!! because no your wrong get the facts straight. A vehicle is in fact a deadly weapon.. and stealing a police car full of weapons increases that felony's code state.. It's true that most people that do steal police cars are going to die because they must of went through a ton of sh1t to get there..

There is no point in arguing with the likes of people like John Q. He doesn't use facts in his arguments, he resorts to name calling. John Q he committed a serious of serious crimes thus making him a criminal. I am glad the police killed him, now I don't have to pay for him to rot in prison.
