What are they supposed to do with all these animals that people turn loose or can no longer care for?
No matter what not every animal can be adopted out and they can't be kept forever!

One can always let them run loose then the cannibles of Milwaukee will catch them and eat them instead of each other. Everyone deserves to eat a tasty animal. At least that way maybe there would be fewer human bodies found laying in people's yards that had been knawed on. With 35% unemployment the people of Milwaukee had to eat something.

And they are saving the tax payer money by no longer feeding, houseing, or caring for them! Can't keep everyone of them alive forever.
