Hey I believe that you should be able to protect your home. This guy new his home was being vandlized by children. I mean a true crook will break into a home and take everything, was this an empty house if it was then you can say he was only there to shoot someone, he could have shot at the floor and gotten the same result. Instead he took aim and shot towards the kid's head. He had the intention to kill not protect. vigalantee

No one will take the law seriously unless there are apparent consequences. This kid didn't imagine he'd get shot because with today's laws protecting criminals blinded him from that possibility.
