East Brunswick awards $1.87M contract to build special-needs ball field

The township has been promising the special needs field literally for years now. First they said the county was in charge of the plan (and the million bucks that went with it)but they couldn't get it done so the township got involved and continued to drag the plan out saying they needed another million! I don't know of a single special needs parent in the area who isn't absolutely disgusted with the reprehensible mishandling of this affair.
