Another case of welfare bred savages murdering a productive intelligent contributing member of society. Execute all of these feral savages! They are nothing but animals who will never contribute anything to our civilization. These ghetto sissy boys always attack in packs because they are not man enough to go one on one! Lets see how tough they are in prison. I heard New Jersey is the home of the 'tossed salad man of Chris Rock infamy. Put them in a cell with him--real justice!!

I read that they will be probably be out in five years! This is insane. Furthermore, they are only on house arrest from 10pm to 6am. Another insane move by the justice system.

What are they doing during the day, surely they are not in school? Worse, I bet the district has to pay for tutors for them at home.

I heard that one of these teen attackers actually was out on bail. But I'm not so sure if they'll get tutoring, as they've committed a horrible crime, and that they'll be tried as adults. As far as a comment posted referring to them as "welfare bred savages...feral savages...animals...ghetto sissy boys..."; these kids are not from the ghetto, and from what others told me, they are not on welfare, either. Kids from all backgrounds, families, & neighborhoods commit crimes.

I believe 3 are out on bail and one of them had a nice party at there home with cake and all his friends the day he made bail nice. What kind of celebrations do you think the poor decedents wife and kids are having. This is an injustice . And yeah they walk around all day and are home by ten to watch tv and scratch. Life is really not fair what has to be done is everyone from the community has to stand together with the INDIAN community and insist on justice for this poor family.

That doesn't surprise me if any of them had some kind of a celebration after making bail. It shows that they were never raised properly by their parents. "The Apple doesn't fall far from the Tree"!

According to another blog, Julian Daley, age 16, was brought back to the juvi detention center with an increase in bail, as he apparently violated his House Arrest (already), by showing up on the grounds of Carl Sandburg Middle School, where a pick-up football game was taking place on Sunday. His defense attorney Mitchell Ansell tried to argue that it wasn't an (actual h.s.) football game,(but only) a "pick-up" football game...". Nice try, Ansell! You may want to consider a career change after this trial!
