These spoiled rich kids run around trying to be little thugs and rob and beat whoever they want. Soon they will spend the rest of there lives with real murderers and rapists and i hope they get physically and sexually abused every day for the rest of their lives. I also hope that karma will come around and take the attacker's parents in an even more brutal way. These kids are going to be fresh meat in prison. I hope they get what they deserve. If they can take a father away from a family they deserve to die. At least they got caught. I bet they don't feel like the "cool gangsters" that they thought they were now.

I heard these kids come from money and they are all trying to cut deals so they don't get the chair. I have seen too many times rich kids who's family pulls strings to get them off.

There should be a $50 Million dollar Civil suit brought against these thugs and go after their rich parents too.

These 3 must be tried as adults. They are not kids. They know how to kill a person, so they are old enogh to take the punishment in full.
Their parents are also responsible for this. They failed as parents.

Am not sure if you are a parent. Whatever you do, don't wish yourself or anybody else kids that refuse to follow the rules. Most of the time it has nothing to do with parents but the Government that tied peoples hands to the point that they are not allowed to discipline defiant kids before they become monsters and end up like these kids. I bet you the parents are as much victims and probably at a loss at this point. Pray that you do not find yourself in their shoes. Corporal punishment and religion should restored in schools and reinforced in the homes to achieve meaningful progress in today and future kids.

AGREE - he was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was hard working US citizen who children were born here and raised American. How dare these teens do this!!!!! They killed him and ruined life of his children and wife. This needs to be put out on CNN.

If anyone has any ideas how to get this out on major news channels and CNN please share. I did email CNN and O'Reily show - this is news that people need to hear about - it could and is happening in neighborhoods. Teens need to shown what happens if they do this - these teens should not get off - life in prison and message needs to get to others that this is what happens when you Murder.
I am so sick of hearing about celebrity garbage - Paris Hilton etc...this is REAL disturbing news that all AMERICANS need to come together on. How can we expect to fight terrorism when American (US CITIZENS) are KILLING other US CITIZENS; let alone in front of their family and house. MAJOR ISSUES right here in the US.

I just hope the jerks who did this get tried as adults! Freakin deserve to go to jail for beating an innocent man to death. I mean what kind of community do we live in if we can't even step out of our houses without fearing that something like this can happen.

I agree with concerned 1. If you are not a parent, or your children have not come across any trouble yet YOU THEN CAN NOT JUDGE THE PARENTS. Those parents are suffering as much as any one. I have 4 sons of my own, and god only knows what iahve been thru with them. We teach our children good rules of life, however when they are out on the streets its only them that can take the words of wisdom with them and use them wisely. Its not the parents fault, its the choices these kids make on there own. However, they are still your children and you love them regardless of anything, thats what good parents do,however yes i agree its very very unfortunate what happened to the victims family and himself, there was no need for it, and it makes me so sad, but for people to wish harm on the parents of these kids that did this awful crime is so unfair. These kids will recieve fair punishment by the law. There is no excuse for murder, and it has devastated our community. I am by far not rich in any way and i struggle with my boys who have made stupid choices, and nowthey have to pay for there mistakes in one more way then one. This entire situation is the sadest I ever had heard. :( And to boot iwork in OBHS I see these kids on a daily basis.

they wont be in "real prison for another 5 years at least, you dont even know what your talking about. and maybe if mr sinha was a better fighter or in better shape three punk ass 17 year old kids wouldnt have been able to beat him to death, ever think about that? the lack of physical activity directly contributed to his death because he could not fend off three intoxicated 17 year olds

This has nothing to do with what parent taught or failed to teach their kids. It about 3 teens 17 acting stupid. Regarless of motivrethinkey need to be treated as adults. If our middlesex prosecutor needs to think about it we need to question his motive or if he is the right person for the job.

Everyone needs to call CNN. I am. They will be all over this. This is a brilliant idea Carol. Something needs to be done and the only way is to call attention to this matter.

Are you kidding me???? Three teenagers against one middle aged man. I don't care what shape you're in, the older guy is not winning the fight. And that isn't even the point- a man is dead. Condolences to the family and may you never meet up with a group of thugs in front of your house!

You are a piece of work kid. Wish I could see you try to fend of three teenagers. Most people can handle one attacker but three is an extremely difficult task for even most trained fighters. You must watch too many movies. These kids deserve 30 yrs minimum. Scumbags. And I live around there. Terrible

These kids should be tried as adults and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. This is the most cowardly, dispicable, hateful act of violence - to be done in front of this poor man's family...pure evil. Anything short of death row for these pathetic excuse for human beings would be a sin.
What about the family and the irreparable harm caused to them? These boys also need to be held accountable for that as well. I don't think being charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder are enough, the charges should consider the crime against the family, too.

I TAUGHT two out of the three teenagers. These two were very tall, well built athletes at the high school. No way could this poor man have won against them. They are not from very wealthy parents. Yes, one family has more money than the other, but wealthy, no. The major news shows should profile this case. They all have to be tried as adults. Let's hope that the assistant prosecutor hears all of our pleas for this to happen.

Randy... you must be insane and need to get help and quick. You shouldn't have to worry about fending off attackers when you are out taking a walk with your family. You are right though, they definitely must be punk asses and deserve to be in jail for the rest of their lives.

Everyone please write to the NJ Prosecutor's office. Also please go to the media - this needs to get out on all news channels and be followed. If you have any ideas/contacts to get this done please do so --- been very little coverage of this to date!!!! We all need to pull together to express that this is NOT ok and to NOT let this go. This needs to be an example of where we need to turn things around - Americans shouldnt be KILLING other AMERICANS. Please HELP!
