Prehaps the GM workers did need a food bank. Who is anyone to judge. I am a dislocated worker for the Lear Corporation, I am nearly bancrupt my credit is shot, the day I graduate from school the goverment takes my money away with out giving me a few weeks to even look for a job. It takes 14 hours a day just to keep up with the school work.

COBRA is eating me alive and the cost for what it does not cover is extrememly high for a person with my illnesses. That is after the government pays 65% of it. There is no other help anywhere.

My wages went from 40,000. to 18,000 in one year. They will be less this year. I am ready to loose my home. The Gas is turned off with 500 due, I made 200 dollars to much for heap. For those who think it is so easy try eating a piece of toast for breakfast, ramen noodles for lunch, and an egg for supper if you are lucky. Go to bed hungry a few nights, because no one out there gives a damn. Just maybe I will check me out a food bank. Let the judge try losing his job.

Our president is more interested in spending millions of dollars to send our loved one to Iraq to get killed, than to spare the sons, daughter, mothers, fathers, etc, and help others. George Bush has the blood of many people on his hands. Thou shall not kill is in plain black and white. No ifs to it. No means no.

Big business takes our jobs away, and many people are going with out the basic needs in life. You know? The bottom of the pyramid, thoses things called food, shelter, and clothing.

What once was with GM workers wages, is probably not now. It was not for us from the Lear Corporation. The judge needs not to judge. Neither does anyone else.

Boo Hoo and you spent money like their was no tomorrow when you worked at Lear. You should have put money away for rough times. So boo hoo on you.
All that time living like a Fat Rat has came back and bit ya in the as$! You still have enough money to pay Cobra, so shut up!
Live in your means if it is 18,000 per year then find a cheaper house and car.
