I agree. Chavez made a claim that his legal counsel was ineffective so that's a reason he gets another bunch of appeals? Who paid for his defense in the first place? WE DID. I remember this case very clearly. This guy is nothing but a monster and should be fried A.S.A.P. He had only been in Miami for a short period of time from cuba. He kidnapped this poor, innocent child and after satisfying his animal needs and unable to drop him off at his house, he dismembered his body and put him in a trash can.
