Honaker to serve time for fraud
A former executive director of the Bluefield Sanitary Board was remanded Friday to a regional jail after being sentenced to serve between 1 to 10 years in prison.

GREAT that is better than NOTHING but he deserves a lot more.
That sanitary Board needs to be dissolved and done away with and the sewer operation SOLD to a PRIVATE company.This has always been a fiasco...nothing more.
