What the article did not mention was that she is the daughter of a high ranking law enforcement officer in the town. She was actually in a fight he was trying to stop. I think she came too close to the child when the teacher pulled her away. Her claim is based on revenge, not facts. It is truly sad.

Another teen with no accountability. She probably feels as if she did nothing wrong and she is the victim. Shame on her parents. My father was a police officer and if I ever stepped out of line with an adult, teacher or whoever, I would be apologizing to that adult with my father's handprint across my face and grounded for a month....Behaviors have consequences kids today have no accountability. What a shame this teacher has to go through this.

This is truly sad...it sure does appear from the article information that there was a huge rush in judgement and she is purposely abusing the law to inflict 'serious' punishment on the guy because she appears miffed that he would 'stop' her from doing something she should not had been doing in the first place. I applaud the community and teachers for standing up for this coach. He does not deserve the charges as the story stands at this moment.

This is a joke. The coach did the right thing. If the girl was grabbing the child, that's assault. Charge her with assault, the coach did nothing wrong. He was just protecting a child.

So the other day in the store, some woman chose to squeeze behind me rubbing her breast against my back. Should I get a warrant and gain the video tape from the store of the incident and press charges against her for sexual assualt??? Good lord does this girl need attention or what? She's covering her own butt for being a young naive girl who is starved for attention.
He pulled her back and she brushed against his groin. She trying to get in college by putting her name out there???
He was protecting an innocent child. If it was the parents doing the yelling and harassing they would be charged with child endangerment, shouldn't she be held to the same charge???
Be real, this is what's wrong with society these days. Makes everyone afraid to stand up for what's right!
SET HIM FREE, LET HIM DO WHAT HE'S BEEN EARNING A LIVING AT!! UNJUSIFIED HORRIBLE TREATMENT AND DEFLAMATION OF CHARACTER, SUE HER IN THE END FOR SLANDER!!!

She is a legal adult screaming and putting her hands on a child. That constitutes simple assault, charge her with that and filing a false police report against the coach

I suspect that he will file a complaint against her stating that she filed a false complaint. This can carry a fine of 10k. At that point she will be forced to drop the charges.

What is bizarre is that the prosecutor allowed himself to be bullied into doing this. NJ101.5 did an hour on it and as the facts came out it was more and more outrageous.

The teacher was in quite a predicament, if he did nothing and someone was hurt, he was responsible. He did something and now he is being accused of sexual assault. She needs to be held accountable.

Jordan is a great person, he was helping a child, and he would never do anything like that.
now if a fight happens in a school - no one is going to want to break it up the teachers will just let it go on, for fear of the same thing happening as Mr. Jordan is going threw now, It is a bunch of BS in my opinion. Let have "JUSTICE FOR JORDAN AND DO THE RIGHT THING!" Bring him back!!!!!!!!!!

EXACTLY!!!!!!! The news did not report that, guess they forgot, but they didn't forget to mention all the things Mr. Jordan did in his life to get to the where he is, that stuff shouldn't have been mentioned, that is just wrong!

I guess you can do what you want, and ruin someones life if you don't like them, in a blink of an eye and not think nothing of it! That is just to cold!!!! I am sorry!!!!!!!

He should be reinstated, this sounds like BS. this chick is blowing it out of proportion. If there is any truth that he intentionally fondled her and his d penetrated ``her buttocks'' then there might be an issue to consider, but it sounds more like a spoiled 18 year old b.....h who thinks she can do whatever she wants! She needs to grow up!

Heard that the alleged victim came to the rally with a group of friends screaming obcenities at the good citizens gathered to support Coach Jordan. This tells me a lot about this young woman. I also heard that she has been threatening students who attended the rally. Criminal charges? Yes, someone should be charged; HER not him.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Pisces

Whether the excesses of the past few days are catching up with you or you're feeling drained for other reasons, you need as much rest as possible today. Once you get tired, your defenses will be down and you'll start to fret about whatever is currently nagging away at the back of your mind. You're also concerned about the welfare of a certain person, which doesn't help.
