Why should the hard working people of Meigs County pay to have the employees at the library sit and play on their cell phones, update on facebook all day. Cut back hours and make them do their work. VOTE NO.....

I don't know what you guys are talking about. Whenever I go to the library, the girls there go above and beyond to help me. Not only are they hard workers, but they are sweet, thoughtful, and do alot for the community. Support the library cause you'll miss it when it's gone.

with today's technology libraries are a thing of the past, most likely they would have never existed, if not for the the likes of philanthropist Andrew Carnegie. i hated to see the livery stables go and also the hitching posts go, but who would use them the Amish the one thing that might have saved them was the Dream Machine, which took the books to the communities. my children and adults would flock to it whenever it it came to Syracuse.
