Ex-fiscal officer granted judicial release

Curtis, 31, of Rutland, was back in Meigs County Common Pleas Court just four months after being sentenced to a three-year prison term after officials with the Village of Rutland recommended she be given a second chance.

I seen her and couldn't believe it was her after only doing just a couple months. If I would have done such a thing they would have kept me in full time. What she did was wrong and I don't think she should already be home and free to rip somebody else off. And she basically got away with major theft in a small town that didn't have it to spare to the likes of her.

What a crock!!! This is so wrong! I think this should be brought to the attention of higher courts! She should be charged and put in jail for theft from the community.

There are higher courts in Ohio that can do something about it. They are in Columbus.

Something needs to be done. That's not justice when u rob a small down and only do 4 months.....get outta here that's retarded. She's always thought she was better than everyone and I'd hate to.see her now
