No indictments for former Pomeroy cop

After hearing several hours of testimony and a review of evidence last week, a Meigs County Grand Jury chose not to indict former Pomeroy Patrolman John Kulchar on two counts of alleged assault, returning two no bills.

Makes the police dept. look good doesnt it. What else have they done. Glad officer Kulcher was found innocent on that charge. Keep up the fight Jon.

It is standard procedure to tackle a suspect that is fleeing
It was either that or taz him and for all he knew the guy could have had heart problems so take ur pick
