I deffinetly do not agree with what the four have done. But iam very close with all of them and they dont deserve the time they are getting. They are human, everybody makes mistakes. Im sure every one of you people that are talking trash have done stupid stuff when you were young. It happens to the best of us. It may not have been as bad as what they done but it happens. I think people need to stop putting them down like they are nothing to the world. To some people they are. Jeffrey and Aaron may have a record. That dont mean that they cant better themselfs. Joe and Topher are not trouble makers. This is the last id expect from the two of them. But they just need people to pray for them. What if this was your family or friends, you know. Thats all i ask?? What if... I love you Jeffrey, Topher, Joe, and Aaron. Youll be in my prayers.

i was no saint when i was a juvenile. but thats just it, i was a juvenile. 18 to 19 years old? the 4 had just became an adult and done this shit. if they would have done it a year or more before they wouldnt have it as bad. vandalism and arson are one thing, but to a historical landmark? that is some serious shit. im not judging these individuals, i pray for them. because its a shame that they have ruined their life as an adult right at the beginning of it.

I think that since they burnt down a church that was still currently in use that they should be punished. As for how much they should get, I think that they should have to help correct all the damage they did. People are out of a church and it's because of them.

yup they went to far,but to put them in prison for 15 years is a little much.we all make mistakes.dont ruin these kids lives.and yes they need punished and probation...i figure they all regret what they have done and they should be Made to regret it but prison isnt the answer.they would be made to attend church every sunday, and learn a new verse in the Bible and made to stand up in front of the church and resite it...they should be made to help put the churches back together no matter what.iheard they all have be wearing this black clothing and finger-nail polish also.that wouldnt be allowed either..let them dig ditches cut cemetaries ..make them work not lock up.and any moneys earned goes back to help built what they burnt down..first time they mess up well then its time to show them u mean business....t/y

They absolutely needed prison... It will make them ponder over what they did...and they will not serve 15 years if they have good behavior while in there...

First of black clothing an fingernail polish? What's that have to do with this I wear that daily it's just expressing yourself and you can't force people to go to church that's just wrong on many levels you have to let people choose there on beliefs, I do however agree with you own the work force them to do labor and help rebuild I believe that's a good idea.

I have heard the famous, "they were young and just made a mistake", a million times. They burnt a building, not just any building a church! At what point in life did you learn it's wrong to burn buildings? Most people have figured out by the time they are, I don't know 5 or 6, you don't burn buildings, given that there is no mental illness issues. If you are 18 or 19 you should know burning a church is wrong! If you haven't then maybe by the time you get out of prison you have figured it out by then.
