my sister who lives in Kansas suggested that you put your horses on complete feed pellets for now. she said you might be able to get help with the feed from Purina feeds, or whoever makes the feed, if you call them and explain the situation.God bless you and all other animal rescue places. we must take care of the beautiful animals that God created because they cannot help themselves. humans are too quick to turn away but could really learn from other living creatures.
