Bank of America v-p charged with domestic assault

Huntersville commissioner Ken Lucas, senior vice president of corporate security at Bank of America, is scheduled to appear in court March 15 on a charge of assault on a female, after his wife told police he grabbed and threw her in their home Jan.

Ended up being completely false. Sad, sad, sad. The wife made the entire incident up to gain monetum in divorce court. Sad.......

And if you believe he hasn't assaulted her for the last 3 years then I have a bridge to sale you. Just because a judge says it didn't happen, it doesn't mean it didn't happen.
