More property revaluation meetings added
Revaluation is the process of reappraisal of all properties within the county for tax assessment purposes, and is required once at least every eight years by North Carolina law.

Hopefully, the assessors will take into account that property values have FALLEN over the past few years and our assessments will be lower. If not, they can expect a hue and cry from property owners all over the county. It will all depend on whether they live in the real world or in a world of their own creation.
