Iron Pigs members appear in Sturgis courtroom

Five members of the Iron Pigs, a motorcycle club made up of law officers and firefighters, pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor weapons charges Tuesday in Meade County Circuit Court in Sturgis.

Looks like it is down to what it should have been in the first place. The assault and perjury charges were dropped and the HA guy is held on Aggravated Assault. Leaving the question of carrying the gun while intoxicated.

If Smith was intoxicated he should not have been carrying the weapon as he no longer will have an exemption.

So did he take a breath test and what were the numbers. Anything else is just words.

Well they lied about the validity of the other charges which they have to drop so until they prove it I am not going to believe the guy was intoxicated.

They obviously wanted to make an example of him only the evidence did not support them.

Obviously that town is run by the outlaw crowd I wont step foot in it again. I don't want Sturgis government getting one penny of my vacation dollars.

I am already planning next years trip which revolves around more motorcycle rides and more time in the parks. I am sure I will have more fun than just spending time in Sturgis.

I say give the town back to the outlaw crowd and lets see how that works out for them.
