Earlier this month, the City of Louisville closed Otter Creek Park because of budget cuts.

What do you expect out of the morons that exist in Bullitt, Jefferson, Hardin Co, etc. Its no wonder stuff like this happens because when you have a bunch of scum running things, this is what happens. Some fine people round these parts.

Why doesnt Louisville trade this park for EP Tom Sawyer Park? Seems the state would do better here and Louisville do better there. At least the State would have Park Rangers ptrolling it.. not security guards.
