Meade County man fighting county government to keep horses
A Meade County man is taking on the county government tonight, after he was told that he has to get rid the horses he's kept for a decade.

Since this condition existed prior to the ordinance, shouldn't this particular individual be allowed to be grandfatehered in to compliance. The ordinance would then be applicaple as is to any new exceptions. Just curious.

Sure, but someone doesn't feel as if enough palms have been greased. You know, the law is the law. Even if the motivations for persuing it tend to be somewhat bent. Get your satisfaction storm troopers. Residents, remember what you're witnessing. Next time it could be you.
