. I realize everyone is entitled to their opinions, but please don't jump to any conclusions about you probably do not even know. Tonia is a great person, that for whatever reason has made the wrong decision. It is not up to you or me to judge her, God almighty is the ONLY one who will do the judgments. I just hope and pray her family will not be tormented by people like you. Also remember she did not do this alone, he may be under 18 but he is not a child and he can defend himself from a 100 pound, 5 foot lady. I hope people will drop this and let the court and the Lord handle it, not everyone and their opinions.

If she were a man you would be screaming to cut his balls off.
Pedophilia carries a gender double standard.
That is why female pedophiles hide in our schools and churches without being noticed.
We simply do not keep an eye out for female pedophiles yet everyone suspects every man of being one.

I think Tonia sexually abused a minor and such is indeed NOT a good person and should do some hard time in prison.

I hope people do not let their children take this out on her children. Kids can be cruel by making statements about things in school that they have heard their parents say at home. So please talk to your kids about saying hurtful things at school. Children should not have to pay for their parents mistakes.

It's not pedophilia.

Wrong? sure.

Sad? sure.

Calling people messing around with developed teenagers "pedophiles," though- that just takes away from the meaning of TRUE pedophilia. It's lazy thinking.

I'm sure, if it is true, her family, especially her own children, are embarrassed to death. Hope everything turns out alright for all of them.

A 38 year old man would be hung up by his testicles for screwing a 16 year old girl.

This is a double standard that is causing a dangerous situation by us overlooking female pedophiles that work amongst our children.

Maybe the boy had a chance to get a Older Lady, got lucky and wanted to go at it again and she refused so he told on her.

It takes to to play in bed.

I couldn't agree more. The children will now be labeled by other kids in school. This is hard to keep quiet.

A "Great person" does not act this way. If she needed to seek extra activities outside of her marriage, then why not with an adult. A 16 year is not an adult and does not act like an adult. He thought he was lucky to have her paying attention to him, so why would he say "stop". It was up to her to not start.

I agree that it is up to the courts to judge her. the courts are made of her piers.

OK HYPOCRITE..U just told me not to judge somebody then you make a comment about "People Like Me".. And acutally i do know her. I havent made any judgements yet..As a matter of fact I could care less. It would only bother me if It was my child.. Have a good day!

I agree with "damnit". If this 16 year old CHILD were a girl and the accused a man, the tone of many people would be very different. Also, people have one way of looking at things when they are not party to the tragedy. Im sure if Tonia had a 16 year old son that was violated by a 38 year old married woman, she would be looking for swift hard action from the authorities. I truly feel sorry for her children and husband. I can't imagine that he would ever be able to see her the same again. Also, I think she should loose custody of her children if convicted of this crime. Her husband should get full custody. With her having supervised visitation.

Would you be so quick to defend if this was a 38 yr old man & a 16 yr old girl?? I agree God is the only on to judge, however this is against the LAW, it's morally wrong and illegal...I feel she should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. I know her daughter has to be mortified. Doubt she will ever bring home another boy to meet Mom. And, last time I checked this is the USA and we all are entitled to an opinion! She should have thought of her family before all this occured and maybe there would be no tormenting! What she did is wrong & should be punished

I so agree with this, if it were a man instead of a woman everyone wouldn't say what they are about feeling sorry for him,
a man a woman it doesn't matter if your having any kind of sexual contact with someone under the age of 18 it's still wrong,
think about if it were your son or daughter it's all the same people,
