Waco attorney, home caregiver indicted on charges they schemed to take elderly man's estate

A Waco attorney and a caregiver were indicted on felony charges Wednesday. A McLennan County grand jury indicted Ray Rushing, general counsel for the Texas State Technical College system, and Melissa Adler on four identical felony charges each.
