GA Court of Appeals rules against dock construction permit
The Georgia Court of Appeals ruled against the State of Georgia on Tuesday, April 13 in a case involving a permit 1,400 foot dock opposed by the Altamaga Riverkeeper.

WTF? a 1,400 foot dock? completely unreasonable, greedy developers will ruin our coast if watchdogs like ARK don't bring legal acyion. Thank you ARK, keep up the good work!!
