Fine, ban smoking on the grounds and refund the smokers in the county their share of the tax money that went into this multi million dollar complex. I have no problem with a ban inside the building, but why is it necessary to ban it outdoors? Don't even start up with the same tired arguments- the smell, the mess, etc. If this is how you think, ban diesel engine powered vehicles from the property, and don't let anyone eat or drink anywhere on the property either! We smokers are already being discriminated against with the taxes placed on us and I wonder why the same opinions don't raise the taxes on alcohol through the roof. I guess drinking is more acceptable than smoking but consider this- how often do you read about a crime that tobacco abuse was a factor, or a car wreck that was caused by smoking and driving? Just my thoughts....
