I thought you could eat the catfish and blue gill from the tug. I had no idea it was polluted. Sad Story.

Yea we eat it all the time when I was little. Dad always set trout lines illegally and thats what we lived off of for years. Catfish and the occasional small mouth caught off of shrimp on the trout line. I always thought the big catfish we ate had a metal taste. Musta been the Mercury or PCB's in the water. But if you put enough garlic powder on em it takes that flavor right out and makes the fish safe.
