Another lawsuit filed over E. coli outbreak

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against a Locust Grove restaurant where an E. coli outbreak killed one man and sickened hundreds last summer.

The man that died had just been out of the country and was sick when the family took him out to eat. He infected the rest who got sick and died from his own primary infection. Now tha family wants someone else to blame and hit the deep pockets to pay for his death. They are the ones who should be sued by every other victim of that event.
