The hallowed soil of the Civil Battles in those states such as TN and NC and others ought to have the names of historical record of those that bled and died. It should be an honor for any county to add names to a memorial especially during this sesquicentennial of the Treacherous Rebellion of the CSA so that posterity shall remember who was there and what they did to save the national life we call the USA in an attempt to foster a "more perfect union."

Skin color should not be a prerequisite to honor. All those whose served should be honored but I find the wording "Treacherous Rebellion of the CSA" offensive.
