Waht a scam! The legislators need to go back to school to better understand cause and effect. First of all, we don't owe the large landowners anything. They don't need incentives; they already have the biggest one by keeping their lands in ag to avoid paying the real land taxes they owe when they really have no long term interest in ag. What a joke.
