YIKES!! A monthly surcharge to get a monthly bill credit? C'mon, HECO you can do better than that!! Just give US a credit!! With decades of overpricing and brown/blackouts; repeated failure to consider alternative energy, we're entitled to economic relief!! Also, your net metering program is a failure and farce. And to say it's your "commitment to develop the program as part of the Hawaii Clean Energy Initiative". That's disingenuous. We want the credit NOW!!
