Ok, Now I understand that the McDermitts house was broken into ,and are very upset ,and am sorry this kinda thing happens to anyone, but you can't chase a person down, bust out their car window, drag them out, zip tie their hands together, force them into your car, drive them to the country and back into the woods and beat them just because you THINK that person in involved in you theft. No proof yet that he was involved. Dave may have been involved, but let law enforcement handle the case and not take matters into your own hands. Because if you do, and you break the law, guess what? You end up in jail for like them. Really sad that their son was in the vehicle and had to witness this.

Yes his son was in the car. Witnesses saw him out of their car with his cast on his leg, getting in the front sea as Billy was forcing Dave in the back.
