Editorial: Costly criminal defense lawyers
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia public funds are paying six high-cost criminal defense lawyers to represent six bureaucrats involved with the state Housing Development Fund -- even though the bureaucrats face no criminal charges.

Sounds to me like typical WV corruption that always seems to go unchecked because voters are as clueless about candidates as candidates are about the jobs they run for.
