100 plants =$2 Million? Thats roughly $20,000 per plant. Were these Jack in the Beanstalk type weeds or what? I am not really up on this sort of thing, but Gee Whiz that seems like a stretch.

How do they know that the marijuana is worth $2 Million?

Why do they give the estimated street value of illegal drugs in the news?

From a natural point of view, marijuana is a weed and weeds are otherwise worthless.

Actually, hemp, which comes from the canibus plant is far from worthless and has many uses. It is considered quite valuable as a material to manufacture rope and clothing among many other things.
