yes play fair-there is a Santa Claus coming to Marshall County.

Point Vista is building a $750,000,000 resort which will generate real estate taxes for the county, on land that was, until Point Vista purchased it from the State, tax free.

In addition the resort will generate sales tax revenue and create hundreds of new jobs for a County that has the second highest unemployment rate in the State
